Fitness has been a part of my life for years but, I had reached a plateau and felt I needed more. I knew I had to work on flexibility and mobility to become stronger. I met Jose and loved his coaching style and he introduced me to a different way of approaching fitness and how to reach my goals. He got me to understand how important coordination is to making my body work for me and for longevity. Not only is this practice for my body but it has strengthened my mind, my thinking.
Jose has taught me how to break through my frustrations when my body won’t cooperate, how not to quit, be patient and not to regret and be so hard on myself. When I succeeded at my first strict pull up, which has eluded me for years, I knew I was on the right path. But it’s more than that now. It’s about pushing my mind and body to limits that I never thought possible. The sky's the limit, bring it on!!!
